The Vesta GL GSF Standard Replacement Cartridge Filter has been discontinued. Actually it is no longer imported from the Vesta manufacturere in Korea. The Alkaviva Vesta Biostone Plus filter made in the USA has taken its place. was previously called the Vesta BioStone Filter. The Biostone Plus is BETTER than the basic biostone filter.

Used in Filter Position 2, the BioStone Plus starts with the same compressed carbon block as the Basic we add Plus technology by impregnating it with specialty media to increase contaminant reduction. It removes more Chloramine, heavy metals and other tough contaminants than the BioStone Basic. It contains Scale Guard protection, it will out perform lesser rated filters. It is rated to filter up to 1000 gallans.
